Alan Herdman Pilates runs a teacher training course, which begins every September and lasts for 12 months, during which you will put in an intensive 405 hours of lectures, demonstrations and teaching practice. On successful completion, a Foundation Training Certificate for Teachers of Pilates will be awarded.
